Job Role: Application Services Manager
Remote/hybrid - Potential 1 office day per week
Rate: £550-£650 p/d

I am currently working with a client who specialise in the food industry that are looking for a Application Services Manager to lead a team of analysts who are supporting various business applications.
Skill requirements:
- Dynamics365, SAP or Successfactors experience
- Previous Application Services Manager experience
- Experience of Cloud Technologies Covering Azure, AWS or GCP
- Experience working with varied business applications
- Stakeholder Management skills
- Incident, change and release management
- Leadership and development skills
Job role Duties:
- Understand of ITIL will play a key partin ensuring control and process are in place and is applied correctly to all major processes across incident, change, release and problem management.
- Support of 3rd party vendors, understanding operational level agreement and reporting measures. Responsibility to be a key link users and providers to provide an effective interface.
- Closely working with the development and support teams through design, set up, testing and deployment.
- Manage relationships at all level and possessing good communications skills is essential.
