* Encourage Constructive Feedback: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing and receiving both positive and constructive feedback.
* Analyze Product Requirements: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and assess product requirements thoroughly.
* Generate Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes.
* Exhibit Effective Communication: Demonstrate proficiency in verbal and written communication, both within and outside the Software Development Team.
* Showcase Database Expertise: Display comfort and proficiency in writing and analyzing SQL queries, showcasing mastery in database operations.

What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
* PHP Frameworks: Experience with PHP frameworks such as Symfony and Laravel.
* ORM: Proficiencyin working with ORMs like Propel, Doctrine, or equivalent.
* Containerization: Familiarity with Docker for efficient application deployment.
* Databases: Competence in both MySQL and MongoDB.
