Description:
CRM Executive is required for one of the UKs leading print management and telecoms companies who are going through an exciting period of growth. They haveoffices in London Victoria however there is flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week.
The CRM Executive will maintain and improve CRM processes and data integrity through setting up and maintaining workflows within the CRM maximising productivity and increase selling time for all sales divisions. As well as this you will provide assistance to all CRM users, training new starters, helping sales and marketing teams with data, email campaigns, reporting and MI.
In reward you will be paid a salary up to £35,000 p.a. depending on experience along with lots of great benefits.
We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive who has:
* Data Analytics & Database management experience
* Automation and reporting skills
* Previous experience of administrating a CRM
* Ideally experienced in Excel/ VB/ SQL
* Understands how to translate data into business insights
The successful CRM Executive will:
* Support the marketing team in setting up email campaigns, follow up process and reporting results back;
* Help identify missed opportunities and key segments of the data that should be targeted;
* Support the sales teams with queries and training;
* Setting up reports and dashboards.
* Account alignments and reviewing/approvingalignment change request;
* Managing duplicate accounts;
* Training new starters;
* Help set up data filters/queries;
Overall, the role will be focused on improving the management and reliability of data within the CRM and using this to improve our targeting within marketing campaigns and reports to stakeholders.
