Description:

What you will do:

* Analyse, design, develop, and refine scalable data migration strategies.
* Identify areas for improvement and remove inefficiencies within existing processes.
* Analyse data structures, provide data mapping, ensure data integrity and security through the migration process.
* Develop scalable and reusable programs and processes to perform functions, such as evaluate, transform, extract, or import data.* Continuous enhancement of skills and knowledge of Oracle and Azure SQL database schemas and data structures.
* Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency of migrated data.
* Review and apply data fixesas necessary.
* Review, maintain, and develop processes to distribute master data.
* Document processes and procedures.What you will have:

* A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
* 5+ years of experience working in an IT development team
* 5+ years of experience writing PL/SQL programs in a development capacity
* Excellent knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
* Ability to translate requirements into solutions using PL/SQL and scripting
* Bulk data transfer methods
* Strong writing skills
