Description:
I have an urgent requirement for an experienced EUC Engineer to provide dedicated support to a largesecure site, on behalf of a national IT Managed Services Provider.
This will be based on-site, 5 days per week, in Hertfordshire, for 3-6 Months.

Role Responsibilities:
* You will be required to assist in the delivery of IT Services to the end client through supply of contracted value-addservices, to help deliver an effective and efficient customer focused service, meeting the agreed SLA's.
* You will be involved with incident and request management at the customer's sites, including but not limited to, installation, trouble-shooting, and decommissioning of software and hardware, packing and/or unpacking IT equipment, transport to end user's workplace and formalverification of user acceptance.
* You will provide 2nd Line IT Support for software and hardware fault resolution.
* Responsible for installation, moves, and addition services in relation to IT equipment.
* Software installation and remediation.
*Analysis of IT tickets, prioritising accordingly.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
* Previous commercial expedience in an EUC role.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, both technically and non-technically.
* Strong analytical, creative problem solving and planning skills.
* Ability to manage & create documents which are professional & articulate.
* Ability to prioritise, plan and meet SLA's.
* Abilityto handle difficult and demanding customer environments.
* Awareness of ITIL processes.
