Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for IT systems and equipment within the manufacturing environment.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to minimise downtime and ensure uninterrupted production.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions that enhance manufacturing processesand efficiency.
* Maintain and upgrade manufacturing-related software systems, including ERP and MES platforms.
* Monitor system performance and security, implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Proven experiencein IT support, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
* Familiarity with manufacturing software systems such as ERP, MES, and SCADA.
*Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) are a plus.
