IT ENGINEER

THE OPPORTUNITY:
A new opportunity has arisen for an IT Engineer to join a B2B marketing company that has scaled extensively over the past few years and looking to expand further throughout this year.
Within this position you will be working closely with the IT Manager supporting internal users both remotely and face to face playing an integral part in the organisation providing technical support for hardware and software systems, whilst also being heavily involved with project work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Analyse both technical and operational problems
* 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for desktop, server, mac and mobile platforms
* Anti-virus configuration management
* Liaise with users regarding issues to agree appropriate resolution
* Manage deployment, administration, and support for software* Analyse incidents and problems to determine solutions and implementing them
* Perform hands on fixes including software/hardware installs and upgrades
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
* Windows Server 2008 - 2019
* Experience with Android and iOS platforms
* Extensive knowledge with MS Office and Google Workspace
* Office 365
* Networking (DNS.DHCP.TCP/IP,VPNs)
* Knowledge of VMWare and HCI environments
* Exposure to SQL maintenance and administration (highly desirable)
