Position: L2 Network Support Lead (Belfast or Dublin)
We are seeking a talented L2 Network Support Lead to join our team and take charge of managing dedicated support teams. You will play a pivotal rolein defining and delivering value to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the support team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring customer SLAs, operational KPIs, and quality standards are met
* Optimize resource andskill allocation to effectively handle workload
* Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, providing guidance and support to the team in their resolution
* Collaborate closely with other IT teams, vendors, and service providers to address incidents and service requests
* Foster people management and development, nurturing a positive attitude and high levelsof customer service
* Contribute to the overall development and improvement of operational systems and processes
