Description:
Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting fora part time 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a fast-paced environment commutable to Central London.
The purpose of the roleis to deal with the daily management of a team of site-based IT analysts and update and refresh existing processes.
Requireddays: 2 days per week, Mondays and Thursdays only
Main Duties:
* Assist the management of resources within the team ensuring adequate cover is maintained to deliver the existing support requirements.
* Review existing processes and work with the existing team to update and refresh.
* Assist with hardware break fix, new laptop provisioning, applications,
* Potentiallyassisting with IP Camera and Configuration of CCTV installation
* Assist with endpoint protection installation and network hardware
* Assist with door access configuration if requested
* Use of service Now, Office 365, Windows 10/11.
Experience required:
* Must be proactive with people management skills.
* Previous 2nd line experience essential
* Previous experience leading a team of IT engineers.
* Proven people management experience and training
* Ability to multitask and a flexible attitude in dynamic environment.
* A sound technical knowledge of IT related products and services
* Experience with M365 andIOS support
Package details:
* 3 months initial contract
* £200 per day (Inside IR35)
* Mondays and Thursdays only* 9am - 5.30pm*
This contract has been deemed an inside IR35 role, therefore you will need to be paid via umbrella company.The above rates are the umbrella company rates subject to weekly fee and deductions.
