12 month contractsConcept Resourcing are looking for a Programme Manager to join a Public Sector client. The role is based in South West/remote with travel Nationwide.
This is an initial 9 month contract with a possible extension. The role is OUTSIDE IR35. Day rates between £450-550 per day, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience;
* Directly project manage all aspects of those projects allocated by Service Director or Head of Service Delivery, working closely with suppliers and stakeholders associated with these projects (complex).
* Develop and maintain business cases, investment appraisals, project initiation documentation and project controls for significant investments and projects as necessary.
* Establish and maintain necessary delivery structures to support project delivery, manage resources and priorities across the Project Team.
* Line Management responsibility for the team
* Chair and Co-Ordinate Project Board, Project meetings and other communications withinternal and external stakeholders.
* Manage governance processes for delivery, including initiation stage, stage plans, highlight reports, and exception reports.
* Manage project risks through the application of ARP risk management principles.
* Develop and manage overall delivery of Stakeholder engagement plans for each of the project
* Develop and coordinated project communication plans.
* Development of standards, best practice, policy compliance and strategy.
* Co-ordinate and support collaborative working with suppliers and other NHS projects.
* Identify opportunities for further service improvements or cost improvement initiatives.
* Previous public sector, government or NHS experience desirable.
* Prince 2 and MSP qualified
