* SI Consultant / Lead Architect - M365 / Viva
* Up to £55 per hour PAYE
* Initial contract until 30th June 2023 but with potential to extend to a maximum of 18 months
* Fully Remote with occasional travel to eitherLondon or Reading
Our global IT client has an opportunity for a SI Consultant/Architect who will help, consult and guide partner organizations on how to build their Microsoft Viva sales/technical practices, train technically across Viva and it's back end components (SharePoint, Team, Workplace analytics)
This is a fully remote role but there might be occasional travel to the Reading or London offices.
Initial contract until 30th June 2023 but strong likelihood to extend for a maximum length of 18 months.
You will have Lead Architecture or Consulting experience in M365 technology as well as;
* Hands-on customer consulting delivery experience on Microsoft 365 Technologies with an emphasis on enablement of digital transformation and employee experience
* Experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Viva
* Experience designing and managing large Microsoft 365 environments and Modern Workplace solutions (specifically SharePoint Online, Yammer, Microsoft Teams, Viva, Workplace Analytics, MyAnalytics, Power BI, etc.) including migrations, integration, and deployment.
* Architecture and Design experience on Large Complex Enterprise solutions including Modern Work solutions
* Experience leading and conducting workshops alongwith stakeholder engagement at various levels from IT pros, service management leaders, to CXOs and line of business leaders* Experience or specialization in Adoption and Change Management preferred
* Demonstrated capability to develop partner salesand consulting solutions and offers
The person's day to day will involve having conversations with partners in various regions, which include gathering requirements / assessing skills of partners, then training/presenting demonstrations for Microsoft Viva tooling. The candidate will also help guide partners thru building out consulting offers, solution offers, to co-sell with Microsoft and engage with customers.
