Salary: £50,000 or more DOE
iO Associates is proud to represent an incredible modern financial institution as they search for a new addition to their highly talented Test Team.
With an incredibly creative stance on the QA process, they are looking for a highly lateral thinker who takes a deeply exploratory approach when it comes to Testing.
This role would suit an experienced Tester with a keen desire to explore the latest in Automation tools and technology in general. A background or experience in Software Development would be a huge plus.

The requirements ultimately boil down to the following:
* Eligibility to work permanently in the UK
* StrongLeadership skills
* The capacity to train and mentor other Testers
* Commercial Experience with C#.Net and any combination of: Java, Python, Javascript, Ruby, etc.
* Experience with SQL
* Working experience with Automation Testing and the relevanttools: Selenium, Specflow, RestSharp, Jenkins, etc.
* An Exploratory Approach to Testing
* A keen interest for QA
* Excellent Communication Skills
