Description:
New opportunity available for a Business Development Executive, do you have high energy, are highly motivated, well organized, ambitious, and people orientated.
The Job:
* Researching property management companies, property owner individuals, property developers and real estate asset managers to identify potential new partners to on-board their properties and collaborate with the company.
* Contacting potential new clients using phone and email to gauge interest and plan meetings
* Preparing client presentations and materials, including PowerPoint and sales displays
* Meeting new and existing clients
* Negotiating business termswith new and existing clients using phone, email and in-person meetings
* Setting and achieving sales goals and ensuring salesteam meets them
* Working with senior team members to manage risks and opportunities
* Attending networking opportunities including conferences and industry events
* Increasing the number of property managers/ hosts
* Optimise and review the performance of new and existing hosts/partners
* Collaborate with the revenue and distribution department to set goals
* Account and success management of new and existing partners
* Monitor distribution channels performance and channel management software accuracy
* Ensure monthly, quarterly, yearly targets are met
* Strategic planning with all departments to increase performance.
*Communicating and build relations with potential/current and previous partners
* Optimising and updating adverts
* Negotiation, set up promotions and communication with the property owners
* Updating physical internet material to promote company identity and services
* Working within IT & Marketing Department assisting with website UI/UX and marketing strategies,
* Researching the market to support business decisions and company development
* Data entry
* Overall involvement and improvement of our day-to-day business operations.
* Must be comfortable and effective on the phone and have strong interpersonal skills.
Skills Required:
* Willingness to work hard, a positive attitude
* Ability to learn a lot within a short amount of time is essential to this role
* Target driven
* Experience of meeting sales targets
* Fluent English reading / writing (second European language desirable)
