Leading London based provider of travel solutions to the Film & Music Industry is expanding again due to increased demand. Join the Team for Production specialising in travel for the Film & Media Industry, OR the Tours Team, specialising in travel for the Music Industry. This amazing opportunity comes with a super competitive starting salary of £30k - £38k dependent on experience, plus benefits!

What you'll be doing as a Tour Consultant?
* Providing a bespoke, high-touch and personal service, toalleviate the stress & complexity of travel.
* Enquiries and bookings range from a small business meeting through to a large scale Festival,
* Managing Client Needs: by anticipating and understand their individual preferences and needs, ensuring our service is bespoke and tailored to them.
* Logistic planning: ensuring that their trip runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible, making cost and time savings wherever you can and delivering practical travel solutions.
* Relationship building: Develop professional relationships internally, with your clients and suppliers to build long term partnerships. Responding to queries promptly and offering swift resolutions.

What you'll be doing as a Production Travel Consultant?
* Accurately and effectively service all travel requests from enquiry to reconciliation, ensuring all air, hotel, rail and/or other ancillary service reservations fully meet the client's expectations.
* Handle post-booking requests and amend any requested changes, processing reissues where required.
* Complete, update and maintain all files and records
* Ensure all Quality Control (QC) procedures andtasks are followed
* Process administrative tasks including accounting queries from both the client and Finance department through to final reconciliation.
* Negotiate the best rates and deals from vendors to maximise savings and reduce client expenditure.
* Report any errors, concerns or client complaints to the departmental management team. Assist with investigating and resolving such matters, adhering to the highest standards of customer service.
* Ensure proactivity and organisation of individual or shared Outlook inbox and departmental Qs.

Who you are?
You will already be working in the Travel Industry and have experience of using a GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo), but keen to do something different, exciting and rewarding. If the buzz of the film or music industry appeals, this is definitely for you! You share the same desire and passion to go above and beyond for each and every client. We revel in making the seemingly impossible possible, always rising to the challenge with ambition and a genuine, open attitude. You will have good attention to detail, communication skills and team work, along with flexibility; this is primarily 35 hours Monday - Friday, but travel can demand some out of hours requirements to manage work commitments and allow forother time zones.
