BUYING ADMINISTRATOR
MANCHESTER
Up to £30,000 + BENEFITS + PARKING AVAILABLE
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're exclusively recruiting on behalf of a highly successful brand specialising in footwear who is looking to expand their operation due to the continued growth. They're now seeking a Buying Administrator to support their MD as they grow to a £20million + turnover business.
As a Buying Administrator you will be working closely with suppliers and factories, regularly reporting on and analysing sales and market trends and data to ensure the correct buying decisions are made and supporting in the developmentof the buying strategy.
If you are an experienced Administrator, Coordinator, Office Manager, Buying Administrator, Merchandising Administrator or similar similar, this opportunity is not to be missed!
THE BUYING ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
* Takingover existing relationships with factories and suppliers from the Director
* Building strong relationships with key contacts* Analysing sales and market trends to identify successful products and styles
* Identifying key trends and incorporate themappropriately into upcoming collections and in line with set frameworks
* Managing sample development with colleagues internally and suppliers
* Agree designs to take to suppliers inline with the agreed strategy and collection launches
* Making finalorders with suppliers and managing them to completion
* Managing the critical path of orders and ensuring they are fulfilledon time
THE PERSON:
* Must have experience in either an Administrator, Coordinator, Office Manager, Buying Administrator, Merchandising Administrator or similar similar role
* Knowledge of Photoshop is desirable
* Confident to manage relationships with suppliers and factories
* Experience managing critical path
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Confident to work self sufficiently
