Am Asana young masseuse & nuru massage, body to body massage. 

You can begin with a shower – the choice is yours.

The massage starts with a Swedish-style massage, to relax the muscles.

If you enjoy deeper massage on the neck ,back and shoulders, this can be incorporated. Prostate massage can also be included at your request. I also like to include a head/foot massage

You will be lying on a very comfortable, extra wide, massage table and you will be covered in warm oil. I will do some techniques which helps to quieten the mind and to spread energy throughout the body.

This is quite different to their usual experience, and it results in a heightened, powerful flow of energy, deep relaxation and clarity of mind as well as a feeling of lightness and centredness
