As a fast growing geoscience & geophysical consultancy, this highly successful world-class leader in their field provide integrated technical services to the offshore energy industry across the globe. Through continued success, they now require an experienced and motivated Offshore Site Investigation Engineer to join them as their Offshore Wind Site Investigation Operations Manager.



Requiring a good knowledge of both geophysical and geotechnical surveys, the Offshore Wind Site Investigation Operations Manager will be joining a superb team and will play a leading role in building the ongoing successof the Wind Energy division.



The OSW Site Investigation Operations Manager will need a strong background within the Offshore Wind industry, possess an entrepreneurial mindset and be motivated by the prospect of earning rewards commensurate with your success in building a business amongst likeminded peers.



The key responsibilities within this role include:

* Building a premier business in providing geophysical and geotechnical client site representatives to the Wind Energy market
* Youwill also be responsible for raising the company's profile in the site investigation market, positioning the company as the go-to experts in the wind energy sector through consistently delivering exceptional results for clients
* Building and nurturing relationships with a variety of stakeholders, fostering strong connections to ensure you are aware of market intelligence, stay informed about industry trends and are able to identify new business opportunities as they arise
* Uphold the highest standardsin compliance, safety and environmental stewardship is paramount



Suitable Candidates for the position will require:* A minimum of a BSc Degree in Geoscience, Engineering or other related discipline
* Circa 15+ years in the offshore wind site investigation industry
* Demonstrable client relationship building skills that last beyond a project or two
* Knowledge oftendering, negotiation and decision-making skills that are second to none
* Are ready to travel and take on the world, one successful wind project at a time
