Admin Support
Our well-established client in Virginia, Co. Cavan is currently looking for part-time (2- 3 days per week) Admin Support to join their busy team.
The Role:
* Working closely withmanagement team on day-to-day basis
* Processing sales and quotations
* General administrative duties including answering phones and dealing with customer queries
* Monitor customer accounts and provide credit control support
* Report any issues that may arise
* Support finance team with various tasks
* Ad-hoc documentation and data processing including CRM recordsRequirements:
* Previous experience using Sage 50
* Good customer service experience
* Great Attention to Detail
* Previous experience in similar role
* Strong IT skills including typing, organising
* Ability to prioritise workload, deal with urgent client needs, and independently manage multiple tasks
* Good team player
