Concept Resourcing are looking for an ED/Acute General Manager to join a prestigous NHS trust based in Southend, Essex.
This is an initial 3 month contract with a possible extension.The role is INSIDE IR35. Day rates between £235.79 - £283.85 per day, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience;
* Relevant Master's degree or equivalent or portfolio of evidence
* Qualification in managementor leadership or equivalent.
* Significant experience at senior level
* Extensive Senior Management/leadership experience* Effective clinical / operational management at band 8 or equivalent
* Use of research and audit tools
* Resource management
* Successful change management
* Team leadership skills in diverse settings
* Standard setting and outcome monitoring.* Involvement in clinical 'best practice' initiatives
* Relevant experience of involvement in meeting strategic organisational objectives
* Quality improvement programmes and methodology experience.
