Description:
Our client, based in South Wexford, requires a factory maintenance electrician for their state of the art,hi tech facility. You will be joining an established Irish owned company that has been in operation for 90 years.
Are you a qualified electrician?
Do you have maintenance experience gained in a factory/production environment (not construction)? This isa stand alone role, and requires an experienced industrial engineer. There would be promotional prospects and in this role you would be encouraged to mentor apprentices.
Your duties will include:
* Perform regular maintenance on existing systems
* Carry out maintenance, diagnosis, calibration, and repair of plant, equipment, facilities and utilities.
* Troubleshoot and repairmotors, mechanical circuits, and all mechanical and electrical systems, equipment, process, facility and utility issues.
* Perform routine and on-the-spot tests of all mechanical and electrical systems.
* Write cost analysis reports for maintaining, upgrading, and repairing machinery and electrical systems.
* Executing preventative/unplanned maintenance
* Perform investigationsand conduct root cause analysis
* Record all maintenance issues, machine changes, faults, breakdowns, spares required and recommendations.
* Carry out project work
* Ensure there is sufficient electrical and mechanical spares and flag short falls to management.
