About the Role:
As an Education Recruitment Consultant at Simply Education, you will embark on a fulfilling journey covering Northampton Nurseries. Your missionwill be to provide top-quality service to schools and candidates throughout Northamptonshire. You will work alongside a friendlyand supportive team within our highly successful Northampton office. We take pride in our strong relationships with schools andcandidates in the county, and we are excited to welcome a new team member to our family-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:* Develop and manage relationships with clients and candidates to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Meet and interview candidates to help them find their dream roles in education.
* Conduct business development calls and arrange client meetings with local schools to support their recruitment needs.
* Attract and interview candidates, successfully placing them in jobs that align with client requirements.
* Work within a dynamic and service-driven environment to achieve revenue in line withcorporate and personal goals.
