The Role
Acquisition and Affiliates Manager required for an expanding start-up company with offices in the south of Spain and Manila. The purpose of this role will focus primarily on the development of acquisition strategies for the market. You will collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to create and implement strategies and campaigns. You will also be the main contact between different company channels and the customers to ensure that they are getting the best holistic gaming experience.If you are an experienced Acquisition and Affiliates Manager and looking to take the next step in your career then this couldbe the role for you.

What You Will Be Doing
*
Customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, with a focus on revenue generation
*
Budgets, business plans, marketing plan and economic follow-up for the targeted markets, together with any other reporting
*
Manage, plan and execute all marketing and sales activities for the local markets to maximize ROI on marketingand media budgets.
*
Define and communicate the local market strategy and the product for Indonesia whilst conducting regular competitor analysis
*
Create tailor-made targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
*
Working across departments with other Country Managers to capture and optimize synergies with other markets
*
Actively manage a full marketing and brand strategy, ensuring an optimal marketing mix to enhance player acquisitions to improve the ROI and further establish the brand in your designated territory
*
Work across the full player/user journey, establishing effective continuous improvement initiatives to drive acquisition and conversion efficiency, player onboarding, retention and yield
*
Working alongside the Affiliate team to further extend market distribution via affiliate partnerships
*
Take responsibility for the annual budget planning
*
Be the representative of the company within the targeted markets, when it comes to dealing with major customers, partners and professional associations
*
Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns through the different acquisition channels
*
Create and optimize profitable affiliate deals in Japan
*

WhatYou Will Need to Succeed In This Role
*
At least 3 years of experience in managing the Indonesia market
*
Experience working with an iGaming Operator
*
Knowledge of affiliates in the iGaming industry
*
Experience in creatingand implementing marketing strategies
*
Knowledge of online marketing via different mediums including mobile technologies*
Knowledgeable about digital media and 360° Marketing
*
Fluent in verbal and written Indonesian Bahasa
*
Strong sales and negotiation skills
*
Team player
*
Ability to liaise with different departments
*
Strong communication & leadership skills
*
Analytical thinking
*
Strategic problem-solving skills
*
Proactive approach inday-to-day tasks
