BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERSHEFFIELD
UP TO £40,000 + CAR ALLOWANCE/CAR + OTE £60k + BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're supporting an industry leading business that provides high-capacity solutions to a variety of business sectors right across the UK. They're on a fast growthtrajectory and this role is perfect for a career driven sales professional who is looking for an opportunity as a Business Development Manager within a highly successful business.
The business is a recognised player within their industry, has won multiple awards and has the appropriate accreditation's to win business over the competition.
THE PACKAGE:
£30k to £40k Base, Car Allowance or Company Car, £60 OTE uncapped
Mixture of home & office based as well as taking external meetings with clients
THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ROLE:
* Working as a Business Development Manager, reporting to the Sales Director* Responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing existing accounts
* Handling new enquiries, fact findingand understanding the client's needs
* Building relationships with clients, both new and existing
* Meeting clients face toface and via video
* Work with our account management teams to identify new opportunities
* Report and document enquiries via the internal CRM system
* Manage project opportunities
* Negotiating contracts with clients
* Sales forecasting and closing business
THE PERSON:
* An individual who is an experienced sales professional who is either Desk based Account Manager / Sales Executive position looking to move into a field-based position or an already experienced field-based Business Development Manager
* Commercially minded individual who has a consultative selling style
* Great communicator who is able to buildrelationships at all levels
* Highly computer literate
* Driven and hungry to succeed within a fast-paced business with large deal values
* Full driving licence
