CRM Executive - French Speaking | Sports, Casino and Gaming | Malta | €30 - 35,000 | Relocation Offered| Hybrid/ Flexible Working
A dynamic French Speaking (native) CRM Executive is required for our client, a well-established boutique company, providing outsourced back-office services for sales and marketing activities and initiatives in the gamingsector. Reporting to the CRM Brand Lead, the ideal candidate will have either 1 year experience in Customer Support in the iGaming industry, or 1 year in content/editorial writing (not necessarily iGaming). Knowledge of Casino and Sports is a must!What's on offer to you?

What You Will Be Doing
* Updating & managing the Swiss web and mobile sites, including translations, copywriting and keeping the content newsworthy
* Creating Promotions in the areas Sports Betting, Casino and other gaming products and managing the execution from start to finish and report accordingly
* Ensuring that internal and external marketingpromotions are managed effectively
* Planning, scheduling, drafting and executing CRM campaigns with various Email, SMS andTele-Marketing Tools
* Contributing ideas and recommendations to the marketing team
* Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships across all teams
* Creating French Copy from scratch and / or based on editorial concepts.
*Setting up and creating Email campaigns, SMS and Tele-Marketing Campaigns
* Analysing Email, SMS and Tele-Marketing Campaign efforts
* Maintaining the Social Media strategy
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
* Min. 1 year of work experience in gaming or content
* Native speaker French with excellent writing skills, German beneficial but not a must* The ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced culture and innovative marketing team, but also able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of core processes and principles.
* Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
* Fluent in written/ spoken English
* Basic HTML knowledgeand interest in major Sports
