Field Sales Representative-Tiles & Sanitary Ware
(Galway-Dublin and below)
Our client a leading supplier of Tiles and Sanitary Ware to Retail isseeking to recruit a Well-Seasoned Field Sales Representative to service clients in the territory of Munster (Galway -Dublin and below)
This role involves attention to detail while working to strict deadlines, good communication skills, and a proven ability to problem solve. This is a Salary & Commission role and a Company vehicle is supplied.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a strong relationship with customers to meet their needs.
* Service existing accounts and establish new accounts within Retail
* Working closely with other in-house departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.
* Actively seek opportunities to grow your area to achieve monthly and annual targets.
* Provide regular feedback from customers re products, services, and overall customer experience.
* Dealing with customer and staff queries over the phone or in person in a professionalmanner
* Achieve and maintain a good knowledge of the products.
* Ensure company equipment is maintained to a high standard.Key Requirements:
* Minimum 3 Years' Experience in a similar role, tile product knowledge is essential
* Proven trackrecord of Field Sales within a similar industry
* Energetic self-starter, can-do attitude, team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written
* Excellent attentionto detail and accuracy
* Willingness and ability to resolve customers' queries and concerns with a view of ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Excellent Basic salary to suitable candidates, company vehicle, mobile phone, ipad + uncapped commission !
