Sales Operations Manager - Cloud/Security Services Provider
My client is an award-winning technology company who is looking to add an experienced Sales Operations Manager to their established team.
we're looking for an ambitious individual to take on this pivotal role. You'll work closely with the sales and commercial leadership team in improving efficiency, assessing performanceand reporting & delivering insights that meaningfully impact business performance. The Sales Operations Manager will assistthe sales team in evaluating and forecasting attainment against quotas utilising industry leading tools to derive consistent, data-driven analysis.
Sales Operations Manager
* Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to the sales leadership team while working cross-functionally with commercial, pre-sales, finance, marketing, and services to support a smooth and successful selling motion
* Own the quantitative analysis of the performance of our sales team, customers, prospects, partners, markets, and products/services
* Develop and manage the sales review processes including QBR's, account and territory reviews, andwin/loss reviews
* Provide specific reporting, analysis, and business performance data, including the monthly Board report for the CEO
Sales Operations Manager Requirements
* Significant experience in Sales Operations or related fields within the IT industry
* Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies
* Demonstrable experience is designing and manging sales incentive plans, commission plans and SPIFF type incentives
* Exhibit sound business judgment and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results with high data integrity and standards
