We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Sales negotiator to join a thriving property business in Kent, The company has enjoyed exceptional success in the region and are now ready to grow their sales team to match demand. To be successful in this role, you'll need to have prior property sales experience and be able to work autonomously to build successful relationships from scratch.
Working in the office, you will followup enquires, create, nurture and close sales opportunities, arranging and conducting viewings, pitching the company's productsto clients across the Manchester region. An ability to understand client's requirements, build rapport and negotiate is essential for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Creating sales opportunities
* Building relationships and networking to develop strong sales pipeline
* Updating customer records on the database, maintaining your Sales Pipeline.
* Following up on previous conversations to gain feedback and overcome objections
* Closing sales to meet and exceed set sales targets
* Keepingrest of team up to date with relevant feedback and information from your area
* Building strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and clients
REQUIREMENTS:
* Excellent awareness of the area
* Previous property sales and letting experience
* Enthusiasm, positive attitude and a strong work ethic are key for this role.
* The ability to have good conversations with customers and build rapport quickly with a pleasant attitude.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills* Time served in as an experienced sales negotiator, property sales executive, or estate agent
* A drive for excellence and high attention to detail, a desire to learn and grow
* Have a vehicle and valid UK driving licence
