My client is a Global technologycompany who is looking for a talented Technology Team Leader, Team Leader or Sales Manager to join their growing team.
Reporting to our Head of Sales, you will be working in a high performing, fast paced environment whilst leading and inspiring your team of New Business Account Managers. In turn, your team will be developing new business opportunities from, their database, self-generation, referrals and by networking with companies they already know or in neighbouring areas.
Team Leader Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire and support a team of Account Managers
* Identify training needs and knowledge gaps, working with your team to overcome barriers to sales
* Coach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to boost their new business skills
* Work closely with other Senior Sales Managers across the department to ensure collaborative success
* Achieve monthly and quarterly targets by maximising all opportunities
* Keep up to date with technological developments to ensure you're able to advise your team on the latest trends to give them a competitive edge
Sales ManagerRequirements
* Been a deputy team leader, team leader or sales person that wants to move into leadership
* Confident on the process of wining business
* You must be passionate about technology
