The Company
Due to continued growth my client has an opportunity for an ambitious, driven individual to join their Bridgendteam. My client's customer base includes the following sectors: industrial companies, electrical contractors and engineers, construction and many more.
The Role
You will be based in the sales team and will be given extensive training to grow and progress within the company. As an Internal Sales Representative you will work with customers to ensure a smooth sales process. You will demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism and follow up with customers. You will develop leads and seek opportunities to present additional products to current customers. The role is fast paced and involves the following:
Responsibilities for Internal Sales Representative
* Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
* Greetcustomers face to face, and build rapport over the phone
* Responsible for closing deals and processing payments
* Responsible for customer follow-up
* Developing leads and referrals
* Create personal marketing plan
* Achieve monthly sales quotas
* Use excellent phone skills and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
Requirements
Previous experience in electrical wholesaling would be advantageous, but not required as a full training package will be given. Thesuccessful applicant will have the following skills, experience, and attributes:
* Previous sales experience or customer service experience in a fast-paced role
* Target driven
* Ambitious
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to buildrapport easily and able to work well independently using own initiative
