What You Will Be Doing
* Plan and implement multiple marketing initiatives across various platforms.
* Content copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
* SEO and SEM management and optimization.
* Create, manageand iterate marketing campaigns.
* Assist in the product management of all our service offerings.
* Responsible for managing all of our clients marketing campaigns from creation & inception through to completion, evaluation & iteration.
* Measure, analyse and report on marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
* Collaboration with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
* Management of social media, mail marketing, and influencer marketing activities.
* Prioritisationand spend of marketing budget.
* Coordinate and participate in promotional activities, event days and trade shows to market products and services.
* Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.
* Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on company objectives, market characteristics and budgets.
* Initiate market research and analyse findings.
* Manage projects within the marketing department adhering to the marketing strategy.
* Manage all digital platforms for the organisation.
* Be the first point of call for all marketing related activities both internally and externally.
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role* A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising or another related field.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing manager role or similar.
* Adobe CS - InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop
* Microsoft Office 365 applications
* Photography experience
* Hands-on, self-motivated and naturally organised individual
* Creative with good attention to detail* Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
* Proactive, task driven and positive attitude
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
