Description:
Our extremely passionate and dynamic client are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Provisioning OperationsManager to join their team in Cannock. It is great opportunity for an individual to take overall responsibility for the provisioning coordinators work solely in the provision of our client's product range. Their product range includes Lines, Broadband, Ethernet Circuits, and the latest voice data products and cloud-based technologies.
Responsibilities:
* Supply of Provisioning on all orders for fixed line, connectivity, and SIP/voice Services.
* Ensuring full Project Management of customers' orders, including providing thorough updates to customers via telephone and email.
* Certifying all orders are kept updated with precise notes on our clients CRM.
* Ensure that the processing of all orders is completed efficiently in line with SLA's.
* Effectively monitor and self-manage workflows both internally and externally with our clients' suppliers.
* Communicate with carriers, networks, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure any delays or issues are quickly identified and resolved.
* Some scheduling may be required of internal/third party engineers.
* Frequently liaise with Head of Provisioning Carrier Services to ensure all processes and workflows/Systems are efficient.
* Process documentation for the Provisioning Team.
* Handle escalations from Provisioning Coordinators and identify when to escalate concerns to Suppliers and/or Head of Provisioning Carrier Services.
* Ensure you utilize other depts when required to provide information or resolve issues.
* Management/Training/Coachingfor all Provisioning Coordinators.
* Ensure the Provisioning Team bill out for all services which are provisioned.
Personnel:
* It is essential that you will be from a Project Management background or have some Team Leadership within previous telecoms provisioning experience.
* Excellent listening and questioning skills combined with the ability to interact confidentlywith clients.
* Strong attention to detail and consistent accuracy.
* Disciplined work approach, with a strong work ethic.* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Strong communication skills, able to communicate in a friendly, helpful, positive, persuasive, and firm manner at all levels of the business and externally.
