ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
HEMEL HEMPSTEAD
£20,000 to £25,000 SALARY
THE OPPORTUNITY:My client is searching for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their well established and highly respected schemes business. They are looking to increase their team following sustained period of growth over the past few months. This is an exciting and fantastic role for anyone looking to continue their career as an Accounts Assistant within an Insurance business and withthe chance to gain experience from other areas of the business for your future progression. The ideal candidate will have 2yrs experience dealing with Insurer accounts and been involved in preparation of insurer bordereau and broker, insurer account management.ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT DUTIES:
* Administering client account records and credit control procedures
* Administering company accounting records and reconciling Insurance Company statements
* Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders* Assisting your team with daily office procedures including banking, monitoring Accounts team emails, processing refunds
*Assisting your team with any other ad hoc duties
SKILLS:
* A working knowledge of Insurer & Broker Accounts
* Experience in bookkeeping and accounting systems
* Attention to detail
* Organisation skills
* Ability to detect inconsistences
* To be able to take on new projects.
