THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working exclusively with a growing utilities business based in Salford. The companyhave quadrupled in revenue over the last 12 months and are continuing to grow. They're looking to hire a Billing Manager to join the business and lead Billing function across Commercial and Residential clients and report into the Operations Manager. The Billing Manger will be responsible for.
BILLING MANAGER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Produce accurate bills based on individualenergy consumption.
* Understand differences in billing units and calculate conversions when required
* Work with customersand colleagues to identify errors and necessary correction
* Record changes of tenancies to ensure billing accuracy
* Knowledge of credits is an advantage
* Data analysis to report on trends including usage, cost, errors
* Build, develop and managekey relationships internally and externally
* Update and be involved in new IT systems roll-outs
* Contribute ideas to improve systems, processes, and efficiency's
* Provide cover and assistance to other billing functions within the business as required
* Be aware of and work within, corporate and industry standards
KEY EXPERIENCE:
* Excellent Excel skills includingdata manipulation using V-Lookups, and pivots
* Knowledge of Xero, Sage and Customer Relationship Databases (CRM)
* Stronginterpersonal and customer skills
* Experience of B2B and B2C
