Description:
My client, one of the world's leading networks of independently owned and managed accountancy and business advisory firms, is looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join their expanding Corporate Finance team in Dublin.
You will work across a number of service lines including M&A, Valuations, Due Diligence, Fundraising, you will be a key point of contact for existing and new clients and will directly lead on various projects.
Skills needed:* Qualified professional accountant (ACA or ACCA)
* Strong background in Corporate Finance or transaction services role* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong technical skills
* Financial modelling
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
