THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is partnered with an established family run manufacturing business in the Kendall area. They're looking to hire a Financial Controller to join the business and lead theAccounts Function, working with the Directors of the Business and the external Accountancy firm. The Financial Controller will be leading a small team of 2, including a Credit Controller and an Assistant Accountant and be responsible for;
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Overall responsibility for the Accounts function
* Ledger Management Sales & Purchase including Nominal Ledger
* Draft end of year accounts
* Liaison with company's external accountants/auditors/Bank including tax planning & compliance & VAT returns
* Annual budget preparation & rolling forecasts
* Arrangement of finance for asset purchase
* Payroll & Pension Management
* Day to day management of all aspects of cash & treasury system toinvoice discounting & bank reconciliation
* Inter-company transactions
* Responsible for full P & L & balance sheet
KEY EXPERIENCE:
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA Part Qualified or Qualified
* Strong MS Excel Skills
* MS Dynamics Nav
* 3Year's experience in a similar role
