PART TIME ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (20 HRS PER WEEK)

UP TO £24,000 PRO RATA + BENEFITS
GetRecruited are currently working with a long established, market leading company based in Atherstone who are going through an exciting period of growth. In order to support this growth, they are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team on a part time basis.
As the Accounts Assistant, you will be covering all aspects of finance from sales and purchase ledger, through to credit control and preparing budgets.

THE ROLE:
* As the Accounts Assistant, you will be overseeing all sales and purchase ledger within the business
* Reconciling bank accounts
* All bookkeeping tasks
* Credit control, chasing any overdue payments and issuing credit notes
* Preparing VAT returns
* Processing the payroll for the company* Preparing accounts for annual audit and assisting with budgeting
* Complete other duties required
THE PERSON:
* Atleast 2 years' experience within an Accounts Assistant, Accounts Administrator, Finance Assistant, Finance Administrator, Assistant Accountant or similar role is essential
* AAT qualifications are desirable
* Happy to work 20 hours per week
* Knowledge of Sage accounting software is essential
* High attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
