FRS Recruitment have a excellent opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join our client based in Multyfarnham Co Westmeath. This is a permanent position. Our client offer hybrid working from home 1 day per week. Our client also offer flexible hours. This is a full time or part time position. This can be over 5 days or 4 days - however flexibility is required around the time of pay day (monthly).

As Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will work as part of a payroll team andreport into the CFO.

* Process payroll for employees on a monthly basis
* Ensure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings and deductions
* Review and verify timesheets and attendance records
* Address payroll-related queries from employees
* Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
* Stay updated on relevant payroll regulations and compliance requirements
* Assist with year-end payroll processes and reporting
* Collaborate with HR andFinance teams on payroll-related matters

Who we are looking for:
* Experienced as Payroll Administrator or similar role
*Proficient in payroll software systems and Excel
* Strong understanding of payroll processes, taxes and deductions
* Excellentattention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to handle confidential information professionally
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* IPASS qualification preferred but not essential

JobTypes: Full-time or Part-time
Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week
