THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working with a growing Private Equity Investor based in London W1. They have seen revenue grow over the last 12 months and are looking to expand.They're looking to hire a Senior Finance Analyst / Investment Analyst to work directly with the Accounts team and take full ownership over the Financial Modelling, Month end process and Market / Business Analysis.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Provide in-depth analysis based on various scenarios when looking at investment opportunities.
* Engage with auditors and external valuers for DCF assumption discussion.
* Review management accounts of invested companies.
* Engage with finance team to managecash flows and budgets for invested companies.
* Stay informed of market activity for energy and understand how various renewable market regulations affect assets / Portfolios.
* Produce regular market reports and analysis, as required for current andnew markets
* Assist senior investment professionals on the analysis of assets in Pipeline
* Assist senior investment professionals on the analysis of various due diligence reports.
* Create presentations summarising the investment opportunity and support on board meeting presentations
* Support on interim and annual reports with financial performance analysis of portfoliocompanies.
* Produce and update regular reports and analysis on investor demands, as required.
REQUIREMENTS
* Advancedin Excel and PowerPoint
* 2 years of experience in Big 4, investment banking, financial advisory services
* In process forACA OR ACCA qualification is a plus
