Senior Public Health Budget Lead (NHS) (Hybrid)
£330 per day
Birmingham, West Midlands (commutable fromSolihull, Coventry, Redditch, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Worcester, Tamworth)
My Client are an NHS Trust based in Birminghamand are seeking a Senior Public Health Budget Lead on an initial 6 month contract basis (37.5 Hours) Paying £330 per day (Inside IR35).
The role is Hybrid and successful candidates will be required to come to the office at least one day a week. The post will involve travel across the Birmingham and Solihull area.
Key Responsibilities:
* To support in the development across the organisation in the personalisation agenda and to support the pathway delivery for Personal Health Budgets within Clinical Services
* To support the Personal Health Budget department in working towards the Directorate's goals and objectives
* Participate in the development of working practices, processes and protocols to facilitate timely discharge from hospital, prevention of admission to acute settings and reduce the use of out of area placements.
* Monitor and support the provision of clinical supervision to PHB team, ensuring adequate training resources are available to support revalidation and continuing professional development.
Qualifications:
* Registered nurse current with NMC or registered healthcare professional with the HCPC (Allied Health Professional)
* Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent level qualification or significant experience of working at a similar level in specialist area
* Post-graduate degree in Management Studies or equivalent
