My client, a multinational based in Shannon, Co Clare, is looking for an administrator to join their team on a 3 month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for recent grads looking for experience within a large organisation.
Monday - Friday
37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
* Ensure 100% completion of daily post, assigning it to relevant departments.
* Address queries on a daily basis.
* Achieve SLAs on all Admin/OperationsSupport tasks and post-related activities.
* Admin tasks, including scanning, binding, bulk printing, etc.
* Data entry
*Process invoices
* Upload and manage letters.
* Action daily tasks allocated by the Team Leader as required.
Quality Control:
* Ensure accurate updates of systems with relevant information.
* Update and send cheques.
* Raise potential errors or identified errors in a timely manner.
Customer Service:
* Manage document flow
* Review processes and use initiative to improve efficiency.
Compliance through Risk Management:
* Conduct all tasks in compliance with policies, procedures, legislative, and regulatory requirements.
