We are looking for you tobe a qualified Planner with relevant experience gained from working on complex M&E projects, including specialist Laboratoryand Hospital experience and advanced knowledge of Asta Power Project.
To be successful in this role you will be solution-focused as well as driven, disciplined with an attention to detail and able to maintain good working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
The Senior Planner will be responsible for the day to day running of projects within the region and provide effective leadership to the Planners and Assistant Planners.
Key Accountabilities of the Senior Planner will also include :
* Produce fully integrated programmes for all projects, including pre-commencement, Design, Procurement, IRS, Installation, Commissioning, Handover and Seasonal
* Liaise with clients / main contractor programmers to ensure with them that an agreed baseline programme is in place prior to the commencement of works
* Work with the BID / Estimating team to assist in production of any tender programmes and supporting documents
* Liaise with the project team to ensure progressreports, progress percentages and drop down programmes, are produced and issued in accordance with Best practice, company procedures and project requirements to allow proper management and commercial protection to be achieved
* Attend tender handover, planning and procurement & lead weekly progress meetings as deemed necessary by the contracts manager.
