Currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer for our client based in Dublin but this role could also someone based in the West.
Role and Qualifications:
* Qualified Trades Certification in Electrical or Mechanical
* Experience in Air Systems would be an advantage
* Customer Care and Satisfaction
* Work closely with Service Manager to ensure efficient service scheduling
* Planning and Reporting using the appropriate systems (SAP, Job Cards etc)
* Flexibility in terms of availability to respond to customer needs
* Close communication with Customers to ensure satisfaction in the service process
* Personnel development in terms of specific training courses
* Care and Maintenance of all tools and measuring equipment
* Accurate and Timely completionof Weekly Time Sheets and Job Cards - Soft Copy
* To fully participate in continuous improvement initiatives, working in teams as required and working with our ISO Quality System
Required qualification;
* Technical Qualification: Must have completed a recognised apprenticeship (technical trade)
* Good communication skills and empathy with customers with an ability to explain clearly and concisely and an ability to listen
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Field Service Technician
* Clean Full Driving Licence
* Competency in problem solving however full training will be given, and you may be required to travel to Europe for specific training from time to time.
* Ability to work both on a individual and team basis
