As the successful Maintenance Manager you will lead & manage a team of engineers to ensure production is met and exceeds targets.

We are currentlyseeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role inleading and developing our engineering team, implementing beneficial changes, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and maintenance personnel.
* Develop and execute strategies to enhance the performance and capabilities of the engineering team.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting innovative ideas and driving efficiency gains.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
* Develop and maintain maintenance plans, ensuring effective utilization of resources and adherence to schedules.
* Drive the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment for all team members.
* Analyze maintenancemetrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and taking proactive measures.
* Manage the budget for maintenance activities, optimizing costs while maintaining high standards.
* Stay updated with industry advancements and emergingtechnologies, implementing relevant changes.
* Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to supportmaintenance activities.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a maintenance management role, with a focus on man management and team development.
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience in implementing and managing change initiatives to drive operational improvements.
* Sound knowledge of maintenance best practices, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and asset management.
* Proficiency in analyzing data, metrics, and KPIs to make informed decisions.
* Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and compliance standards.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
* Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for driving positive change.
