ROLE: Photocopier Field Service Engineer
LOCATION: West Midlands
The Company
Concept are currently recruiting for a Photocopier Services provider operating throughout the Midlands & UK. Having traded for over 20 years they have been supplying and maintaining equipment throughout the Midlands region to a large number of organisations as well as SMEs. Their reputation is founded upon personal service and always to be as competitive as possible.
Their maintenance team, comprise of field technicians and IT engineers who are allmanufacturer trained. Customer care is a major priority to this organisation and the team constantly strive to achieve responsetimes of 4 hours or less.
Key Responsibilities
1 To provide a technical service to customers, including installation, maintenance and repair of equipment. To ensure customers receive a satisfactory service in line with agreed service level agreements.
2 To maximise revenue by identifying potential business and professional service opportunities, whilst carrying out day-to-day duties.
3 Management and control of vehicle stock, to improve first time fix levels to customers, and to minimise stock losses.
Skills Required
* Excellent knowledge of electrical/ mechanical engineering on MFD / Photocopier devices
* Good product knowledge,
* Proven fault-finding technique,
* IT literate,
* Excellent Interpersonal and customer handling skills,* Excellent knowledge of Company Service procedures.
