Security Installation Engineer
West Midlands
£34,000 - £38,000 per annum
We are actively seeking adynamic and experienced Fire & Security Installation Engineer on behalf of our client. As a key player in the fire and security industry, our client is expanding its engineering team due to growth in their high-profile client base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation & Commissioning: Take ownership of the installation and commissioning of CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarms ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards.
* Client-Facing Role: Represent the company while engaging with commercial, public sector, and high-profile domestic clients. Uphold professionalism, discretion, and foster strong client relationships.
* Call Out: Participate in a 1 in every 5/6 call-out rotation if required, responding promptly to major reactive breakdowns. Contribute to the reliability of systems through swift issue resolution.
* Travel: Flexibility is key, as the role requires travel to various client locations. A willingness to work on-site and adapt to different environments is essential.
Requirements:
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate a solid background in the installation and commissioning of security systems, specialising in CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarms. Fire Alarm experience would be beneficial but not essential
* Client-Focused: Exhibit excellent client-facing skills, delivering top-notch service and cultivating lasting relationships.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Proactively identify and resolve issues, both independently and collaboratively, ensuring the seamless operation of systems.
* Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
* Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, contributing positively to a growing and dynamic engineering team.
