* Up to £54,600 per annum
* Contract role until 30th June 2024
* Hybrid working 1-2 days per week in Reading and the rest working remotely.



Working for one of the biggest Technology companies in the world we are looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Executive to join their Marketing Team



This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the biggest partners that target our Azure Unmanaged customer base. Working alongside the EMEA Partner GTM Manager for Azure Unmanaged, activate GTM plans to top Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs) and resellers, drive partner GTM investment adoption including incentives to drive impact, and ensure business success with KPI and timeline embedded into Partner Business Plan (PBP)​.



Track GTM execution and impact against Azure Unmanaged specific requirements; identify insights,best practices, and issues; define and action correction of errors plan when it is needed.



You will work with the Channel Sales team, the Azure Success Managers and with colleagues across other areas to ensure strong return on investment for marketing activities.



Ensure that the partner delivers the campaigns in accordance with compliance, the allotted timescalesand they provide Proof of Execution (PoE) before being paid. You will then provide reports on the ROI of those activities to thebusiness on a monthly basis.



The role requires passion and experience of working with partners, driving for results and collaboration both internally and externally. This role has responsibility for the following:

* Understanding the business priorities to share and guide the partners to support them to create and deliver GTM campaigns, using your knowledge of modernmarketing techniques and the company resource and practices where relevant
* Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate and up to date records of activity, results, and ROI
* Take compliance training and ensure that all activities you are doing are 100% compliant
* Provide reporting to the rest of the team and business on partner performance
* Being able to understand and communicate what Partner Marketing assets there are available and how the partners can access them including branding* Being able to understand and articulate the benefits and operation of relevant incentives and programmes
* Building goodworking relationships with partners and communicating our priorities clearly to the partners and agreeing outcomes against specific investment
* Driving actionable insights and feed these into regular reports to key stakeholders
* Develop plans withpartners to ensure that the partners are delivering the right Go to Market Campaigns
* Where relevant, review Partners Proofof Execution (PoE) submitted and follow-up with Partners if any missing or not compliant to ensure they can be paid
* Buildrelationships relevant stakeholders both across the business and with partners to ensure the successful delivery of marketing campaigns including required ROI, and report progress across the stakeholders as required
* Thrive in an environment that is fast paced and highly matrixed across many with varied priorities where you will often need to take your own initiative.Experience Required: Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge.

* Min 3yrs experience of channel or product marketing, partner channel development, through partner marketing in the tech industry
* Have an understanding of the marketing activities and how to advise partners on creating a go to market campaign, including a solid grounding in and experience of modern marketing techniques
* Ability to learn quickly and use the knowledge you gain to help partners and communicate relevant information
* Good communication skills both written and verbal
* Numeric and have the ability to work in excel and manage budgets
* Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment
* Be a team player and willing to learn
* A knowledge of the IT Industry and the partner channel within that is advisable
* Thrive in an environment that is fast paced and highly matrixed across many teams with varied priorities

Bachelor degree required in Marketing / Business, or equivalent experience
