Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative, yourprimary responsibility will be to identify and connect with potential clients. You will play a crucial role in generating and qualifying leads to drive business growth. Your day-to-day tasks will involve researching and targeting prospective clients, initiating contact, and effectively communicating the value of our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research andidentify potential clients through various channels.
- Initiate outbound communication via calls, emails, and other relevantmeans.
- Articulate the benefits and features of our offerings to potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the salesteam to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in theCRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to initiate conversations and build rapport.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking systems.
