My client, based in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, is looking for an Office Co Coordinator/Administrator to join their growing team.

The Office Co Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing the administrative and customer service aspects of operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, thrive in high-pressure situations, and demonstrate the ability to address issues promptly and professionally.



Key Responsibilities:

* Compile files based on information from the Sales team.
* Coordinate the setup of kitchens and deployment of support crews.
* Manage the logistics of support crew routes.
* Address and resolve any complaints.
* Maintain a meticulously organised Excel database.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in office management and coordination is a must.
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Proficient in office software, including the MicrosoftOffice Suite.
* Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to deliveringhigh-quality customer service.
* Knowledge of the school meals industry or related fields is a plus.
