Description:

I'm currently recruiting for a Receptionist to provide administrative and front of house support a busy client facility based in Clara, Co. Offaly.

Therole:

* Acting as a Brand Ambassador and first point of contact for all visitors to the firm.
* To provide a high level of professional and personable client facing service to all internal and external clients including all visitors and Contractorswhile on site in Clara.
* To act professionally and work efficiently at all times.
* To ensure Meeting Rooms and both Reception areas are kept pristine at all times.
* To adapt and work across two client facing areas.
* Liaising with our Facilitiesand our cleaning staff regularly.
* Answering the telephone and ensuring all messages are communicated to the intended individual in an efficient manner.
* To take ownership of the administration duties involved in the running of a busy reception area.
* To oversee the booking and supervision of meeting rooms.
* To oversee the booking and organisation of travel and hotelsfor employee as required
* To oversee the ordering and delivery of all Catering requirements for the site
* To liaise with other support departments.
* To support ad-hoc hospitality events/projects as required across the site
* Support the Operations Director and HR Manager in ad hoc projects as they arise, ie Employee Monthly download and Christmas party.

Requirements:* 1-2 years administration/reception/customer service experience required
* Experience working in a fast-paced environmentis essential
* Confident in dealing with clients and executives at all levels.
* Exceptional professional etiquette.
* Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure.
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and matters.
* Computer literate in Word/Excel/E-mail
* Immediatly available
