Commercial Director - Chichester / Work From Home
Salary: £60,000 - £100,000+ per annum.
We are excited to be working with a highly reputable production and media company, that was created to help organisations produce people-facing films that inform and inspire.

From pre-productionto shooting, editing, and delivery - the company are an experienced, full-service organisation with over a decade's experience helping clients such as Four Seasons hotels, The Entertainer and Tesla.
They are now on the lookout for a talented and experienced Commercial Director that aligns with their feel-good values to ultimately help drive their business forward, propelling thecommercialisation of the company.
What You'll Have:
* 5+ years' experience in a similar role (for companies with atleast £2Million in revenue).
* Good interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
* Agencystyle, high level sales experience (preferably in film/media).
* Strong pitching, negotiation and closing experience.
* Strong track-record in developing and executing against successful commercial strategies.
* Strong understanding of the commerciallandscape.
* Ability to conduct and coordinate thorough market research.
* Ability to prioritize and delegate multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities to meet goals and deadlines.
* Ability to report in detail on sales progress and finances.
* Strong entrepreneurial spirit, organized and able to function independently as well as with internal teams.
* "Commercial thinker" assist the company in shaping new products and offerings in the near future.
* An understanding of the sector,and how the films will be applied to their clients - i.e. paid media, ads, PPC, social and SEO.
* Preferably educated to degree-level.
